[Localization] All Pages: Language does not change for all links/titles in the application.

      Description

      Steps to Repro:

      1. Launch the pre-production website.
      2. Change the language from English to French/Spanish from localization drop-down.
      3. Login to the site with partner credentials.
      4. Navigate to different pages and links and verify that all titles are changed from English to the selected language (French/Spanish)

      Actual Result: Only few page titles are changed from English to French/Spanish.

      Expected Result: When the language is changed from localization drop-down, all the page names should be changed to the selected language in the application.
