steps:
1.BenAdmin - Customizer - Benefits Administration - Add/Change Benefit Plan Design - Contacts
2.Add new contact
3.Select common checkbox and deselect one checkbox

Common checkbox should be deselected and if all checkbox selected common checkbox should be get selected.
