      Description

      Verify the save button when clicked on the edit rule pop up box without making any changes on the edited rule.

      Expected Result:-
      The save button should be disabled until any changes are done on the edit rule page.

            I have fixed this issue and code is checked in on Local environment.

            I will push this changes on Codemap after UiRefresh-LB checkin approval email.

            This is tested on Codemap on Chrome,Firefox and IE 11 Browsers. Working fine as expected. This is ready for Stage.
