Verified on ASML for hspl, CHMC for hspl, AFI
1) Login with partner - jayshreen (Partner User ID)
2) Select company -> Core hr
3) Add employee -> Fill all mandatory details
4) Click on save -> No save popup appears
Expected - On click of save, pop up message should appear and employee should added in system
For mentioned partner only we are getting issue
Encountered this issue while performing sanity testing after build deployment.

I have tried to reproduce it on same company but not able to re-pro it, Employees are getting added through UI. Please find attached screenshots.
