      1.Login as Admin
      2. ACA- IRS submission (Same issue observed for all ACA links)
      3.Click on Company home breadcrumb

            I have fixed issue for Paycheck management link not working for employee login.
            Paycheck Management was parent menu and it was active, which is not required now so i have deactivated it.
            Please verify on CodeMap after next build.
