            Hello Raymond Williams,

            We checked Test Liberty employee. Employee New hire mode effective date is "02/01/2018". Due to that employee salary effective date is "02/01/2018". OE effective date is "01/01/2018" and system not having any salary on 01/01/2018. Due to that plan not showing coverage values.

            You can check New Hire mode coverage values are populating properly. Refer below screen shot.
