Form contingency -> Form should show Pending status when enrollment is pending for contingent plan

      Description

      Company - QA kindercare
      Environment - Codemap

      1) Login with partner
      2) Company information -> Requires verification -> Yes
      3) Login with employee
      4) Enroll in plan contingent to form
      5) Additional form is eligible to employee, select flag yes/No -> Document requires approval -> Save
      5) Observe that changes done for form are not reflection, as its for pending for approval
      6) In such scenario, system must show Pending button instead of Confirm in Additional form

          Verified below scenario -
          1)Employee verification flag "Yes" - Enrolled employee in plan then contingent additional form appears, select the option and confirm, form went for approval, hence pending status is shown in form.
          2)Employee verification flag "No" - Enrolled employee in plan then contingent additional form appears, select the option and confirm, "Confirmed" status is shown, and next contingent form appears.

          Working fine,
          Marking item state as Ready for stage.
