          Concern: Wrong count display for Pending Admin Review counter on dashboard.
          Cause: Initially pending admin review counter redirect to assign classes and payroll page,Now redirection of counter changed to Pending queue but actual implementation for displaying count is not changed.
          Correction: Implementation for displaying pending admin review count changed.
