      Login: Partner
      Company: For QA Kindercare

      1. Partner Login > Forms Library > Add form having underscore in name > Save
      2. Now, Benefit Description > Any Plan > Add form > Select the form added in Step 1

      As per LB implementation, the validation message mentioning special characters not allowed should be thrown. But on Codemap it is accepting the form without any validation.

            I have checked this issue and found that special character (_ underscore) in form name is allowed at LB & Production both environment. As per discussion with you, assigning this JIRA Ticket back to you.
