Scenarios verified:
1.Validation message for "form category" and "select forms" on benefit description form.
2.All forms option is available on benefit description
3.If forms already exist then validation message shown as "Forms already exist"
4.All forms under same category get added then add button get disabled.
5.Map and unmap forms and verified functionality
Working as expected.Hence closing this ticket.

Impacted Areas : Benefit Description > Map/ Unmap Forms

Affected Files : _AddBenefitDescriptionFormPV.cshtml

Please find below Three C's for issue -

Concern : Codemap | Partner | Functional | Benefit description | Adding already existing form don't show validation that form already exists

Cause : Condition wasn't handled for if form is already added in Benefit Description.

Correction : Handled in JS code to show validation message for already added form.

Issues found in Unit Testing which fixed under this ticket -

• If no Category Name selected, validation message wasn't showing for Category Name, in Benefit Description Form.
• If no forms selected, validation message wasn't showing for form, in Benefit Description Form.
• "All Forms" option was missing from list under "Select Forms"

This is only pop up not showing issue as form will not be mapped in Benefit Descriptions if it is already mapped, hence marking this JIRA ticket priority Low.
This is existing issue.
