Environment: Codemap
Login: Partner
Company: For QA Kindercare

Steps:
Partner Login > Benefit Description > Add form > Save
Now, add that form again

Expected: Message should be displayed as this form is already added. Now, no action take places after clicking existing form

This is only pop up not showing issue as form will not be mapped in Benefit Descriptions if it is already mapped, hence marking this JIRA ticket priority Low.
This is existing issue.

Please find below Three C's for issue -

Concern : Codemap | Partner | Functional | Benefit description | Adding already existing form don't show validation that form already exists

Cause : Condition wasn't handled for if form is already added in Benefit Description.

Correction : Handled in JS code to show validation message for already added form.

Issues found in Unit Testing which fixed under this ticket -

If no Category Name selected, validation message wasn't showing for Category Name, in Benefit Description Form.
If no forms selected, validation message wasn't showing for form, in Benefit Description Form.
"All Forms" option was missing from list under "Select Forms"
