When trying to customize the dashboard we are not able to unselect the defaulted counters (see below). BCC has groups that do not want to see these counters.

As discussed in the call on Wednesday, we cannot do anything on this for now. This can be taken up as change request if need be. Are you okay marking this as resolved for now?

This is system behavior. Actionable counters configuration is not provided in new UI. We are not allowing user to deselect these counters as this is prominent feature of admin dashboard which shows pending actions from admin.
If BCC needs these counters to be removed for specific company then we need code changes for this. It will be good if we discuss this in our weekly call.
Just quick question on this. Is there any reason they want to remove actionable counters from dashboard?

I showed BCC that if there are no items pending for the actionable counters that they do not show and they are fine with that. You can close this ticket.
