City of Bellevue - Missing HELP Widget in Pre Prod

      Description

      Hi,

      The HELP widget shows on the employee Home Screen in STAGE, however, it does not show in PRE PROD.

      1. If the HELP widget for City of Bellevue is in the system can you tell us where it is?

      2. IF the HELP widget is not in PREPROD, can you add it?

      I've attached a screen shot of the the widget we are looking for. The screen shot is from an Employee's Login page in STAGE.

          Hi Mahendra Mungase,

          I tested employee M. Abare for City of Bellevue and I now see the help widget when logged in as the employee.

          We have verified Help widget on pre-prod, it's working as expected.

          We have also verified it with below company admins.

          1.Dakotaland FCU
          2.Mesquite Gaming

          For below companies employee's

          1.Dakotaland FCU
          2.ESBA
          3.Fazolis
          4.LONG

          For below companies admin - Help widget is not configured and it 's not showing at his login.

          1.City of Bellevue
          2.City of SeaTac
          3.ESBA
          4.Fazolis
          5.LONG

          Please review at your end and let me know for any query.

          I have attached Test cases Test_Cases_HelpInfo_.xls .
          Verified some scenarios working as expected,Testing is in progress for remaining scenarios.
