use below user from stage and pre-prod.

Password - Password@1
Company - City of Irvine For HSPL

credit pool does not show details on confirmation statement, refer screen shots.

Observation - on stage it also does not show the details under current enrollment summary but does show it under future enrollment summary.

This issue is not reproduced. Spending credit details are showing to EE login when EE gets the credit allotted.
Rejecting as this is not reproduced.
