1.Login as employee
2.On employee dashboard, Upload profile picture of employee.
Actual result: Shape of profile picture is not proper after uploading picture but after refreshing page it looks proper.
Expected result: Shape of profile picture should be looks proper after uploading picture.
same issue observed for admin and partner login.
Verified on CODEMAP, working fine.
Now profile image size is proper after upload.

Cause : while user upload image icon not set properly it reflect on refresh , styles are not set properly
Correction : set Profile image height,width
Impacted Areas : User profile image

Please check this. Find below scenario to repro this issue -
- Take an employee who doesn't have image.
- Upload image. Shape of profile picture is not proper after uploading picture.
