Hi Mahendra,

As discussed please clone "UI Demo" as "DC Inc". Maintain checklist for
your tested points too.
Please check below points, we have to complete this till 5 PM today.

1. Upload company Logo for DC Inc (use attached logo)
2. Verify EE self serve mode, EE reports and random pages.
3. Add details for 2 EE for Profile page - Need 2 employee
credentials (1 EE getting OE self serve and 1 EE who completed self serve
mode) (We have to share these EE details with Client)
4. Create Org chart at least for 4 levels for above 2 EEs (upload
images for all these EEs)
5. Verify additional tools and forms library - Must have documents to
download
6. Every plan must get costs, provider logo on Enroll Now,
Confirmation statement and Beneficiary pages
7. Benefit Description must be 1 to 2 lines not more than that
8. 1 CA login - Verify reports and random pages
