Hello:
The "Additional Forms" section is showing on the employee home page in Pre-Prod and should not be there (not in Prod). Could you please remove this entire section? I did not see a place to do so under the Dashboard Configuration (Employee view) in Pre-Prod.

Sorry but I am not able to open your html attachment. It will be great if you attach screen snapshot in the form of image or PDF. I tried to find out issue looking at your comments.
I logged in with employee user in Preprod. I do not see additional form widget for employee login in Softchoice company. Please refer below snapshot-
Dashboard configuration has Additional Form widget deselected for softchoice. So this will never show up to employee. Please refer dashboard configuration snapshot for employee view of softchoice-
Please let me know if additional form widget is visible to any other user.
Just to provide additional information, we have Additional form widget newly added in New UI. This widget is shown to newly added users by default. e.g. if you add admin or partner, by default 6 widgets will be shown. Additional form is one of those 6 widgets. We can deselect this widget using dashboard configuration as shown in above image.
