New Layout | Server error is populating for Upload document page under onboard module

      Description

      Login as Company admin -> select company -> go to employee administration ->

      select employee -> click on onboard module -> select upload document link

      Actual result : Server error is populating
      Expected result : Server error should not occur

      Error log is not available

            We have introduced new tile for "Upload document" on Employee dashboard as well as it is moved under settings menu.

            Please refer screen-shot below and verify on codemap. Please revert in case of queries.
