Issue: ER and EE cost is not displaying as expected after General Plan Design is auto enrolled for 1%.
1. Add Employee > Employee Home Page > Benefits > Enroll Now > General Pension Plan > Auto enrolled with wrong EE and ER cost
2. Drag the Slider to 0% > 1 % correct EE and ER cost is displayed
