      Description

      1] Assign tour to an employee with below request:
      https://10.0.2.120/api/OnBoarding/assignTours?company=12480&employeeId=E1051&tourId=30&JobID=1&JobPosition=SoftwareDeveloper
      2] Tour assigned successfully message displayed.
      3] Try to assign same tour again.

      Actual Result:
      Below message display:
      Tour assignment failed for employee with EmployeeID: E1051.
      Expected Result:
      This tour is already assigned to employee with EmployeeID: E1051.
