      Description

      a. The supervisor may only edit the current metrics if there is not a current open check-in which has not been submitted by both the individual and the supervisor.
      b. The supervisor can change the weights and add notes for all the metrics.
      c. The supervisor can add custom metrics by providing a name and an optional description.
      d. The supervisor may remove any custom metrics, but may not remove any metrics associated with the employee's position.
      e. The supervisor may specify a metric's weight to be 0%.
