a. Feedback shall require an employee to be specified and can only be submitted for one employee at a time.
b. The feedback shall require a body of no more than 5000 characters with an optional comma delimited list of tags.
c. The employee may choose to submit his/her feedback anonymously to the employee; however, this does not hide his/her identify from the employee's supervisor.
d. The employee may choose to make his/her feedback visible or not to the employee; however, the supervisor can view all feedback submitted about an employee.
