While all options selected on Format Confirmation Statement, below issues observed on View Confirmation Statement :

1. 'Co Ordination of Benefits' displayed in left menu though it is not present in confirmation statement. It should be displayed as 'Coordination of Benefits'. PFA screen shot

3. Emergency Contact, Coordination of Benefits, Approval Pending Enrollments, Last Recent Activity, Future Enrollments are not displayed in confirmation statement. PFA screen shot
