UI Refresh -> Confirmation Statement -> System Message not displaying

      Description

      Verified on IE 11, Google chrome,Mozilla Firefox
      Verified for Employee Login and Admin Login

      Pre-Requisites:
      Save system message and pop up message in form builder -> confirmation statement -> Design system Message -> Select Role as Company admin, Employee

      Replication steps:
      1)Login with Admin
      2) search and select "UiRefresh_DC_13536" company
      3)Go to benAdmin -> Search and Select employee
      4)Go to confirmation statement
      5)Check for the System Message is not displaying by Admin Login
      6)Same Issue exists for Employee Login also

      Expected Result : System Message should be displayed on confirmation statement by employee login and Admin login

      Actual Result : System Message not displaying by Admin login and employee Login

            company-UiRefresh QA Test1
            Login - Admin, Employee
            Browser - Chrome, IE

            Issue for System message is not yet fixed by Admin and Employee login
            Pop up message is showing proper by Admin and Employee login

            As issue is not fixed, Re-opening jira
