Validation messages should be displayed for below fields on Save button while these are empty:
1. Last Name and First Name
2. Date of rehire. (While List A and List B document not selected)
3. Document Number and Expiration Date in List A and List B. (While Document Title is selected)
4. Name of Employer and Authorized Representative
Verified on LB using company long. Below issues observed :
1. No validation done for inputs in Document Number fields in List A and List C.
2. Though Middle name is optional field, message 'Middle Name/Initial cannot be blank.' is displayed.

Below mentioned issues are resolved. Please find my comments below :
1. No validation done for inputs in Document Number fields in List A and List C.
Shubhangi - Validation done for document no. field of List A. It will allow 12 characters and can have alphabets and numbers only. List C document no. field does not require any validation as per Section 2.
2. Though Middle name is optional field, message 'Middle Name/Initial cannot be blank.' is displayed.
Shubhangi - Middle name made optional in Section 3.

Shubhangi - Validation done for document no. field of List A. It will allow 12 characters and can have alphabets and numbers only. List C document no. field does not require any validation as per Section 2.

These fields are not mandatory. Can you please check this scenario in I9 pdf also?
