Last activity display blank even employee done login and log out activity from his account

      Description

      Company - Long
      Server- LB
      Pre-requisite - 1.EE should eigible for single tour

      Employee name - William Flint

      SSN - 300000182

      User Name - flintwilliam Password - Test_123456

      Step:-
      1.Login to application using EE credential
      2.Employee got the tour
      3.No changes did in tour and log out from application.
      4.Log in to appcliation using partner credential
      5.Navigate to OnBoard > Employee Administration > Manage OnBoard Status
      6.Search same employee

      Actual - last activity is blank

      Expected - It should display last activity date under Last Activity column

            As per discussed with swapanil first in progress status with 0% is also showing which is now changed to not started with 0%.
            last activity is available only for in progress with having some percentage or completion of tours

            We have regressed this issue on LB Company - LONG and observed that it does not exist.
            As it is depend on NF-211.Hence marking LB on hold and move with NF-211.
