Pre-requisite - Partner don't have View and Edit I9 approval status page

Step:-
1.Login to application using partner credential
2.Navigate to OnBoard > Employee Administration > Manage OnBoard Status
3.Click on Manage I9

Actual - It redirect to I9 approval page

Expected - Click on "Manage I9" button populate alert message
