          The original desktop issue generated as a Jira ticket bc Amanda is copying the support email on every email she sends. So in turn it creates a bunch of Jira tickets which I have to then create linked tickets for to show that it was resolved. Kinda confusing but thanks for letting me know this was resolved Connie Puente
