      Description

      We need to create new screen mockup for Ben Admin – Audit / Correction utility.

      Screen Requirement: Bulk Audit / Correction

      1. Company Name Drop down: Checked list box for companies, Option for Select all companies
      2. Audit Type: Plan, Rates, Benefit Type, Enrollment
      3. Report Type: Incorrect election coverage, Skipped Benefit Type
      4. Search Button
      5. Correction Button
      6. Export To Excel Icon
      7. Informational Icon for each Report Type
      8. Listing of Data in Grid [EmployeeID, Masked SSN, First Name, Last Name, Employee Status]
      9. Link for Audit Correction history

            Hi Vinayak,

            As discussed, please make below updates in mock up.
            1. Change the currently displayed Audit type to "Enrollment"
            2. Add an extra span above selected companies drop down that will display the selected companies & current drop down will remain only for search.
            3. Change the appearance of links at top right of screen for navigation.
