The employee Rebecca Asnicar is in Prime Healthcare but is not located in SRMC -

Can you look into why her record was not moved?

We have verified for Employee 'Rebecca Asnicar' and observed that it has been loaded to system Post Shasta Regional Split on production.

Shashta Regional Split date was: 08/08/2016. However 'Rebecca Asnicar' has been loaded into system on 08/11/2016. It should have been loaded into SRMC company. Please find attached screenshot of its View History. [ ]

Along with this we scanned other employees which are having 'Not Disabled' login status throughout Prime split facilities and found below count:

• Alvarado Hospital Medical Center 11
• Harlingen Medical Center 7
• Shasta Regional Medical Center Medical Group 2
• Garden Grove Hospital Medical Center 2

Please inform stakeholders to use new split company for any employee add or load in these facilities. Let us know in case development help required on this.

As discussed, please share plan for importing the missing employees in respective Prime facilities.

Better, do these on HSPL copy first and seek approval from Traci/Jennifer to load in main company. We need to confirm whether only demographic load is required or enrollment data as well.

Jaideep will help you in getting Import files for these facilities.

We do not have File of Employee data to Load into their respective breakout sites.
If Cindy Wibbing have those files then you or cindy can Import it or provide us those files so we can import them into system.
