      Description

      Need to find customization for restricting user sending 50 emails in time frame. We should allow only 20 email in a minute from one domain user."

      No. of emails and duration should be configurable.

            As per discussion with Samir, We cannot add email restriction as we need to send thousands of email using email broadcast.

            This restriction cannot be applied.
