We have fixed all above issues. These all issues were due to Jquery. Two of them were due to incorrect syntax of JQuery on page. Two of them were deprecated JQuery browser method.

ST-202 is main ticket.

ST-243 depends on ST-202 ticket.

1. Group field move right, move left button group aligned to top. This should be in center of list box.
--> Working as expected.
2. On click of list box item, list box width was increased. When we click outside, list box gained own size.
--> Working as expected.
3. Preview was not working
--> Still "Preview" button is not working. (Verified for "LB_Sanity_COD_27June" company, 'Fee Details' and 'System Utilization' reports)
4. Save was not working. No any action happened on Save.
--> Still "Preview" button is not working. (Verified for "LB_Sanity_COD_27June" company, 'Fee Details' and 'System Utilization' reports)

We have verified the fix, now "Preview" and "Save" buttons are working as expected, tested the fix for "ASML Comp". We have verifed below Standard reports:
Employee Census
Dependent Census
Enrollment
Payroll Deduction
Active Monthly Count

We can deploy the changes to Stage environment.

As discussed we have verified the reported issues on Stage environment as well, as the changes gets uploaded to Stage with build upload, below issues exists on Stage also:

1] Invoice Management Report - ("Reset" button not working)
2] Dynamic Reports - ("Preview" button not working) - Checked for "Billing Details - Detailed Cost", "Billing Information - Multiple Months" reports, please note we have tested these dynamic reports for "Marin General Hospital" which a main company while testing company move.

While analyzing the issues for Dynamic report I found that if Mandatory fields are not filled or selected then preview button doesn't work. and if filled then its working fine.
The mandatory field selection message also not appearing on many cases , as In Dynamic report customization cannot work without these Error messages as it help users to select required fields.

This error is happening on All standard and Dynamic report.

For the issue of Invoice Management Report - ("Reset" button not working) is not related to Jquery
The code of button is missing. so I will fix it. created Seprate Ticket for this WT-3946

Can the issue mentioned for mandatory messages in Aditya's comment above be QA verified.
We tried few combinations for Standard Reports but messages are appearing.
Could you please verify and close the JIRA if everything is working fine.
