Issue: Aftyer Recal, Popup appears with OK, Cancel and Close button. All three buttons are used to Close teh popup. Cancel doesnot cancels teh Recal as its already recalculaeted. So, please confirm do we need all three buttons?

The Search button is checked for its disabled state. It is now, disabled as expected. Also, verified by checking few fields like deletion and Recal multiple Rates. So, moving jira on Stage.

As discussed, removing hover from Search button as it is not used in "Recalculate Rates" and "Fles/HSA".Search button will be visible for both.
