Steps:-
1] Log into the system using SA credentials
2] Click on Benadmin Tile.
3] Click on SA Utility option from Customizer sub menu.
4] Select For QA ASML company
5] Select Utility Criteria as Terminate Plan Election
6] Select Terminate Plan Election Criteria as Terminate on Plan End Date
7] Select Plan as 2016 Flexible Spending Account
8] Use the search criteria fields
9] Search with First Name
10] Now select any other plan and observe the search criteria section

Actual Result:-
Search criteria section does not get cleared when some other selection is done on the screen

Expected Result:-
Search criteria should be cleared on every different selection on the screen.
