"Ability to pro-rate by semi-annual frequency and/or by cut off date (also current gap: if cutoff is selected no field opens to allow date to be entered) Feature should allow individual use of proration and cutoff but also allow for both to be used where a need exists.
It is quite common where if an employee enrolls on Jan 1 or July 1 that they get a certain dollar amount but then if enroll on July 2nd they get nothing."

Within the new hire rule, there is a selection for "First of the month following or conincident with XX days from Date of Hire"; however, the REHIRE rule in WT doesn't have that option to select. Suggestion ... "First of the month following or conincident with XX days from Date of Hire" |
