Issue: Apply button cutting from bottom when both new Benefit Type Name text and any one of the date validation messages appear on popup.

Benefit Type Builder > Select any Benefit Type > Clone > add invalid name for new benefit type text field > invalid date > Apply button moves down and cuts from bottom
