CSE - Cancer User Defined plan not saving rate

      Description

      I created a low cancer plan for CSE and I am trying to move some employees from the high plan to the low plan. I posted a QE effective 1/1/2017. When I enter the cost in the employee cost field and click enroll the cost changes to 0.00.

      This is a user defined plan so I should be able to manually enter the cost.

      Example: Fernando Arcos - Low plan EE cost should be 13.31
