Hello CT team,
trying to get pet insurance added into Workterra for it to feed over to the payroll file in a timely manner.
Trying to input the employee cost and it update without adding ER or Coverage amounts. Currently the system is not updating data input in to the fields if all field do not have data
The plan cost and coverage tab does not show a max for EE paid or ER
Example employee: Joy Kwong
Plan Design Name: PetsBest Pet Insurance
Amount: $16.15 per pay period
If adding $16.15 to the EE field and update all fields go to 0.00

Below are findings
From "Enroll Now" screen ,we cann't save enrollment by entering Employee cost with zero coverage & zero employer cost.
But from import we can achieve this ,we tried on HSPL copy by importing above mentioned employee. Enrollment get saved with Employee cost ($16.15) with Zero coverage & Zero Employer cost.
For that we used Import template "_PetElection".
On plan minimum coverage is not set but maximum coverage is set to "5,000.00". Please refer below screen shot for same.
Note : On import template date format is used as "MM/DD/YYYY".

Below are issue details :
Concern : Unable to save employee cost with Zero coverage.
Cause : From screen there is check in code for zero coverage. If coverage is zero then from code Employee & Employer cost is set to zero.
Correction : We need code changes for same.
Note : Can you please provide employee , plan and cost , effective date details which you want to update. So from back-end we can update costs for those enrollments.
