We have created a new 1095C report "2017 1095C" with same customization as previous 1095C report.

To reflect the costs as per your request we have made following changes.
We have created two class wise rules under ACA Customization->ACA 1095C Class Wise Configuration.
1. 01/01/2017-6/30/2017 for Eligibility rule "Employee" as this rule is selected on 1095C report with cost $374.00
2. 07/01/2017-12/31/2017 for Eligibility rule "Employee" with cost $377.74

We have run the report "2017 1095C" with Apply classwise configuration flag as "YES".

Employees will have cost $374 from Jan to June and $377.74 from July to Dec.
However these cost are irrespective of the plans.

In ACA Customization,there are plans whose employee cost is set.These are not considered for current report.
In case if plan wise costs are to be considered, please provide the data of plan and cost in below format.

We need to do additional coding if plan wise and month wise costs are to be applied.

Hi Jennifer Leugers,

While analyzing the issue, we found that in ACA Customization->EIN mapping, two records were there for same EIN but different eligibility rule. Out of these two,only one is in use.
As there were two EIN set, EIN change code, deleted these employees as they satisfy both EIN rules.
If there would have been a report for other rule,these employees would have come in that report.

This is not an issue on other companies,because there were proper reports created for each EIN and same rule have been mapped.

I have deleted the EIN record that was not in use and re-run the report.
Please refer latest run for verification.
