To get stability in year 2017, we need to upload time sheets for year 2016.
We observed that time sheet data is uploaded for Dec 2017.
Please upload time sheet data as mentioned in previous comment.

Looking at the time sheet data present there are some periods for which timesheet is missing. The periods are 04/18/2016 - 04/30/2016,08/22/2016 - 09/04/2016, 11/28/2016 - 12/25/2016.

Hi all - the client is stating that when an employee is moved from one EIN to the other, they are getting a new waiting period and should not as their benefits are continuous. Example is David Taylor who went from Casa Blanca to Virgin River (first three are 541 in case there are more than one).

When an Employee moves from one EIN to another,his company is changed.So ideally he would be new hire.So waiting period is shown.
However,this is not the case for every EIN change.
If EE is not enrolled in any ACA medical plan,but just has offer,then he will get 1H/2D.
If EE is enrolled in ACA medical plan,he will get 1A or 1E and 2C.
For eg: BRADLEY DAVIS : Changed from Virginia river to Casa Blanca effective August and he was enrolled in ACA medical plan.
His codes for Virginia River : Jan-Aug: 1A/2C and Sept-Dec: 1H/2A
His codes for Casa Blanca : Jan-Aug:1H/2A and Sept-Nov : 1A/2C ,Dec : 1H/2A as he was terminated in Nov.

ALEXIS THOMPSON : Changed from Virginia river to Casa Blanca effective March and she was not enrolled in ACA medical plan,but had offer.
Her codes for Virginia River : Jan-March: 1H/2A,Apr-Jun:1H/2D and Jul-Dec: 1A/2F
Her codes for Casa Blanca : Jan-March:1A/2F and Apr-Dec : 1H/2A

Please change the codes if required through import or manually.

All - what is driving the new waiting period? The client is saying there is not a waiting period when they move from one to the other. Please check the example of David Taylor (as mentioned in the above comment). When I kick off an event for 12.1.17 he is indeed showing has having a Medical offer yet we have him coded as 2D which isn't accurate for what the system is showing.

While system implementation, it was assumed that when EE's EIN is changed,he will be new hire in that company.
We have added this scenario in our Learning(WT-12408) and will analyze on this more after ACA execution.

For now,we have made changes in our code and bypassed the code providing waiting period for EE's whose EIN is changed.
We have re-run all 3 reports. Please refer latest run for verification.

Note: Eligibility rule on reports and EIN mapping have been changed. EE count are less in latest report run.

NOTE - This run has 17 EE with 1K and 2B codes as these codes are added from "1095C correction forms" tab of "ACA Customization".

Example EE are "ALEXIS ALVARADO" and "ROSEANNE VIDAURRI".

I overrode other codes in the corrections sheet but as others were still showing as 1K, they aren't being modified even though we changed the conditional value? I looked at the run and there were only two EEs that had 1K which I've changed. Are the 17 across all EINs?

Sorry for the confusion, there were 17 records for "ALEXIS ALVARADO" and "ROSEANNE VIDAURRI" employees showing 1K and not 17 Employee.

Hi all - could you please change the naming of this client on their 1094C form?  The same thing happened last year and the IRS rejects the file without the ampersand (I tried again this year but it again rejected for the EIN mismatch).  It's under Jira WT-8604.  Please run tonight so I can refile tomorrow.  Thanks!

Hi all - the file still rejected by the IRS.  Could you take a look and see if you can figure out if there is any other issues?  The client is saying the name we filed it under last year is the same this year (and was successful last year).  The ticket form last year is in a prior comment but it is WT-8604.

We have rerun the IRS submission for Mesquite gaming 'VIRGINIA IRS'.
Similarly we have updated Receipt ID & Ack file of submission for submission which was created on 03/30/2018.

In previous file, even though we have changed name 'C&HRV LLC' but we havn't changed the file size for file which was manually changed
hence that submission got rejected. We have done all required changes in our latest submission file.
