            We have run "2017 ACA 1095C" 1095C report, find attached check list IRS 1095-C_HennyPenny_Checklist.xls for more details.
            Please refer latest run of "2017 ACA 1095C" report for verification.

            NOTE : Eligibility rules are different on EIN and 1095C report. So “All” named Rule selected on 1095C report (2017 ACA 1095C) as this rule is selected on EIN class mapping

            Hi Jennifer Leugers,

            Further to the analysis of scenario that we asked you in LHP-Bay County Jira( WT-12503 ) about 1K, we scanned all production companies which have condition of cost less than FPL cost,line 14 code is 1A and minimum cost plan is conditional offer.
            This is one of the affected companies and we have re-run the report.
            Please refer to the latest run for verification.
            We have compared the run with previous run and only change in the report is the change from 1A to 1K.
