Hi Jennifer Leugers,
Please find my analysis of the employee Ana Abarca:
This Employee's EIN is changed due to class change. So She will have two 1095C's.One from Virgin River and other from Casa Blanca.
Virgin river 1095C :
She was hired in December,2016.So she was in limited assessment period in Jan,2017 month. Her Class 2 was Virgin River when she was hired and she was not eligible for any plan till April.
Hence 1H was displayed for the month of Feb and March. She had offer from April and so appropriate codes got displayed.
She was not present in this EIN for later months hence 1H-2A is displayed.
Casa Blanca 1095C :
Employee was not in this EIN till March.Hence 1H-2A is displayed. From April to Oct,This employee got codes as per system data and in Oct she was terminated.Hence for later months,1H-2A is displayed.
In-case if you feel that these codes need to be corrected,it can be done through code correction.Codes as per the EIN need to be imported or manually corrected.Changes will be reflected in next run.
TimeSheet data:
The observation in my earlier comment was just initial analysis of measurement and stability rules and timesheet present in the system. We require 2016 hours data for 2017 stability period.Looking at the time sheet data present there are some periods for which timesheet is missing. The periods are 04/18/2016 - 04/30/2016,08/22/2016 - 09/04/2016,11/28/2016 - 12/25/2016.
Please load the timesheets of periods mentioned.
Employees with Multiple lines : This does occur for some of the employees, but this does not affect any codes nor it is updated anywhere in the system. Even if two records are shown their codes are same. This comes only in analysis report.1095C Reports are not affected by this.
We have added this in our learning(WT-12408) and will analyze it further after the execution.
Casa Blanca 1095C is ready to run. Thanks!
