Hi Jennifer Leugers,
We have observed that timesheet is updated till 18th Nov 2017.
Measurement & stability periods are configured such a way that the employees are falling under part time for the months of Nov & Dec 17.So we haven't considered the timesheet to run the 1095C report.
Please refer latest run date-time 12/14/2017 1:19:41 AM for verification.
Thanks,
Revan

Hi all - I've updated some codes through the UI; please re-run their forms. Thanks!
Hi Ramya Tantry,
We re-run "1095C for CVHP" report on CVHP production, but found that invalid code combination (1H/2C) is displayed for Nov and Dec month for "MARTHA A. MIER ANDRADE" employee. Also confirmed that this employee record is not correct.
Can you please look into this.
Thanks,
Sachin Hingole
Hi Jennifer Leugers,
As Measurement and stability periods are set up on this company, time-sheet data is referred to calculate Employee eligibility status.
Measurement and stability periods are configured as below:
Measurement Period | Stability Period |
---|---|
11/01/2015 - 10/31/2016 | 11/01/2016 - 10/31/2017 |
11/01/2016 - 10/31/2017 | 11/01/2017 - 10/31/2018 |
So for stability of whole 2017 tax year, above measurement period time sheet is used.
On scanning dates of time-sheet, time-sheet data of 8/27/2017 - 9/23/2017 and 10/8/2017 - 11/04/2017 periods are missing. These are required for the calculating eligibility status of employee for the months of Nov and Dec.
However,if time- sheet is data is considered, some of the employees are coming up as part time and they are enrolled in ACA medical plan.So line16 shows 2C, but as none of the 1 Series code apply to such scenario,1H is shown which leads to 1H/2C codes.
As for now,we haven't considered time-sheet data and re-run the report. Please refer latest run for verification.
Please confirm whether time-sheet data is to be used for the report.
Hi all - timesheets have been loaded; please re-run their forms. I also split the run up so please run both reports - 1095C for CVHP and 1095C for Foothill (first time running the Foothill report).
Hi Jennifer Leugers,
Both Reports are run but found 1H/2C codes which are invalid. I am looking into that.
Thanks,
Revan
Hi Jennifer Leugers,
Here I am posting my analysis for one of the employee RACHEL ABEJO as below
Measurement Period | Stability Period | Stable Working Hours Present |
---|---|---|
11/01/2015 - 10/31/2016 | 11/01/2016 - 10/31/2017 | 23.7 (Less than 30h not eligible for Full Time) |
11/01/2016 - 10/31/2017 | 11/01/2017 - 10/31/2018 | 36.33 (Full time) |
As per stability period & stable working hours shown in above table which is present in the system, the employee has got 1H/2C for all the months except Nov & Dec month.
So I hope this information may help to you to correct the issue.
Please let us know If this information is not sufficient, we will let you know on Monday for more details.
Thanks,
Revan
Hi Jennifer Leugers,
As timesheet data is considered for reports, some of the employees were getting 1H/2C codes because they are enrolled in ACA medical plan.So line16 shows 2C, but as none of the 1 Series code apply to such scenario,1H is shown.
We have fixed this from back-end. Now employees who are part time and enrolled in ACA plan will get 1E codes.
We have re-run both the reports. Please refer latest run for verification.
I cancelled it and was able to re-run. Please disregard.
HI all - could you please add the socials that are attached to the runs for CVHP and for Foothill? They are in the PD class was eliminated from the run but I need them to be included. Password on file is same convention as we've been using.
Hi Jennifer Leugers,
There were 27 socials that were attached. Out of those
1)19 Employees are already present under the CVHP Report
2)6 Employees are terminated effective 2016 year and they do not have any enrollment hence they cannot be furnished under the report for year 2017.
3)2 Employees are added under the Foothill Rule by adding additional criteria.
Please refer latest of 1095C for Foothill Report. We have created new jira for Foothill EIN (WT-13172)
Please refer attachment for details WT-12495.xls. Password is as per the convention set.
Hi all - could you please load the attached corrections as the client has blanks that they want loaded. After, please re-run this group and the Foothill group (WT-13172). The password on the file once you unzip it is cvhp

HI all - how do we get all of the years for the 1095C forms to show up on the employees' records? Some clients show two years, some only show one. In particular, CVHP is showing 2015 and 2017 (example employee Ruby Jane Layugan Acdan). I would like to know how to show all years for all clients. Thanks.
Hi Jennifer Leugers,
The runs which is finalized for that year will get displayed to employee.
In case of CVHP, runs for years 2015 & 2017 are finalized and avilable for employee.
To show all years runs, we need to have or create year wise sepearte 1095-C reports and finalize them.
Thanks,
Smita
So really it should be best practice to have each year as a separate run. That is going to get pretty messy especially with those companies that have multiple EINs (i.e. if they have six, there are going to be 12 per year so they could have 36 already just for 15-17). Do you think we could have a previous tab within the ACA IRS Reporting and an Active which would only be for current year?
Hi Ramya Tantry,
Could you check please development changes for request suggested by Jennifer.
Thanks,
Smita
Hi Jennifer Leugers,
We could change the view of "Show Runs" to show year wise tabs.
All report run related to a year will be shown on that tab.e.g : 2016 reports runs will be shown under 2016 tab. 2017 runs under 2017 tab.
This way, multiple year wise finalized run can be saved and same can be view by employees too.
Please let us know your views/suggestion on this approach so that we can provide tentative estimates for approval.
Closing this ticket
1095C for CVHP is ready to run. Thanks!
