Tested scenarios/observations are as follows
1.All Valid codes are reflecting on data analysis report.
2.MEC indicator is marked as 'YES' for all 12 months.
3.Descripancy observed in Member SSN/ Street Address for few employees in Descripancy report.

4.Verified sample employees are as follows
1.Donna Rowe ---- Covered for 10 months from [Jan to Oct] and displayed 1G code for all 12 months.

2.Donna Long ---- Covered for all 12 months and 1G code for all 12 months.
