Last year, we had done some customization changes in El Dorado ACA company and run 1095-C report
from same company.Please let us know, such changes needs to be done in this year also.

Hi all - this year the lowest cost plan is the same for everyone so I don't think we need to run the forms on El Dorado ACA. I've put the lowest cost plan of $91.32 in the customization for plan Blue Shield PPO ABHP High. Please run El Dorado 1095C Report under El Dorado. Thanks!

To mark MEC as YES for month, employer must have to give offer to 95% of employees otherwise it will be marked as NO.
In analysis report, filters can be applied to ACA 1095C Codes sheet to get the below count details.
Total EE Count:Month-wise count of EE's who are employed for the whole month and Line 16 code does not contain 2A.
EE Count with Offer to Dependents: Month-wise count of EE's who are employed for the whole month and Line 16 code does not contain 2A and 2D and Line 14 contains 1A,1E,1K and 1C as these codes represent offer to EE and dependents.
Looking at data analysis report 16.24% employees are ineligible to medical plan. If those employees will get offer
then it will come 95.24% percent.
Note: While doing MEC calculations, system is not considering combination of 1F and 2C code combination.

Hi all - if an employee answers C on the Enrollment Starts Here form, they are showing as "not eligible" for El Dorado benefits because they've chosen to enroll. We need to make sure they are showing as eligible on the 1095Cs. A few examples -

On initial analysis based on your request,we have set up a new company "El Dorado ACA" which is a copy of El Dorado main company as plan eligibility rules were to be changed to satisfy employees who have chosen option C.
Request you to provide us the list of plans that are eligible for employees who have chosen option C so that we can do the further analysis on the offers if required or please do the customization changes on "El Dorado ACA" company and let us know.

Then they aren't eligible for any plan design because answer C is that they are waiving their enrollment opportunity so the system is going to show no plans available even though they waived Medical based on that answer ... which is what caused the initial issue with the forms showing no offer.

As per our understanding, we will do the customization such a way that C's employee will get the benefits of normal employees & furnish the 1095 C report till today EOD.

We have observed that eligibility rule set on 'EIN class mapping' and on '1095-C' reports were different.
Currently we have changed rule, rerun 'El Dorado 1095C Report' and finalized latest run '2/28/2018 8:44:51 PM'.
Tested scenarios
1.Valid codes are reflecting on PDF.
2.MEC indicator is marked as 'NO' for all 12 months.
3.Employer name and EIN are displaying correctly on report.
