According to '1094C_Request_BB2D8_20180326T151439680Z_XSDValidationStatus' file from IRS submission of Rigaku,
We analysed that 'Ontario' state is from Canada country.

According to IRS guidelines 'Only US citizens needs to submit IRS forms'.
Need to check addresses of these employees if required change it to US address and generate IRS submission.

As few employees in submission has selected Country as Canada and respective zip codes on demographics page.
There is no need of IRS forms for Canadian citizen.

Hi all - the IRS file for Rigaku is invalid but I'm not sure as to why since the error file does not show.  Could you please check into this?
