Hi all - seeing the same issue with SuperHeat that we did with Mesquite with the double lines. Examples Luis Becerra, Cesar Carillo and Nathan Bialkoski. Any ideas why? I have other items I'm reviewing so please don't re-run the forms - but please let us know why this is happening. Also, there are some employees that have a blank on line 16 with a 1E on 14. Since this client uses W2 safe harbor I figured it was because there wasn't a salary loaded (which was the case for Nick James) but when I checked Merck (who also had blanks), she has a salary loaded. Please check into this as well.

Hi Jennifer Leugers,

We have analysed Merck employees and observed that this employee is neither enrolled nor waived any
medical plan. Employee is eligible for UHC Medical HSA Plan & UHC Medical PPO plans these two medical plans.
EE cost of these plans are 263.14$ and 303.46$ respectively which is more than affodable cost for an employee [i.e '235.14$'].
Hence only 1E cost is reflecting on report.

Employees with Multiple lines : This does occur for some of the employees,but this does not affect any codes nor it is updated anywhere in the system. This comes only in analysis report. 1095 C Reports are not affected by this.
We have added this in our learning( WT-12408 NEW REQUEST ) and will analyze it further after the execution.

Hi all - why is the cost of $303.46 showing up? Example Jerry Shultz.

Jerry Shultz : This employee is terminated in May.This Employee had multiple medical offers of costs $263.14 and $303.46.As he was terminated in May,offer of plan with cost $263.14 got termed.For the month of May,he was enrolled in plan(UHC Medical PPO) whose cost is $303.46. Since this is the only plan which was offered to him for the whole month,$303.14 is shown in May month.

Why does the analysis say No for was terminated in the month?

For Jerry Shultz : From his Employee history,he was terminated effective May but his status change date for termination is June(06/26/2017). So system considers status change date for Terminated in Month flag. Analysis report shows is Terminated In Month marked for June not for May.

Hi all - why is January showing a different amount than all of the other amounts for the other months? I overrode the costs in the customization but for whatever reason January is not updating.

We have verified same at our end and found that code correction is done for most of the employees.
On Code correction screen, there is some different cost for Jan month for those employees and that is reflecting on 1095-C report

Verified employees are as follows.
1.Russell Aulwurm
2.James Higman
3.Russell Aulwurm
4.OUIS PRESCOTT
5.Noe Alvarez
