We have run "1095C for FRMC" 1095C report, find attached check list IRS 1095-C_FRMC_Checklist.xls for more details.
Please refer latest run of "1095C for FRMC" report for verification.

Hi all - why is this group getting 1Ks? Example would be Jeremy Aloe who doesn't even have a spouse in the system.

Hi Jennifer Leugers,

As per current system implementation,we are not checking spouse /dependent eligibility on a plan for showing 1K/1J.
We have provided a drop down against each plan in ACA Customization and based on this flag, EE will get 1E/1D or 1K/1J.
If EE without spouse is eligible for a plan with conditional offer(flag is set on ACA Customization),he will get 1K/1J as per code priority.

We don't have history of "ACA customization" tab to identify who changed this customization.

We re-run "1095C for FRMC" report from FRMC production.
Please refer latest run (Run Date - 1/16/2018 9:04:33 AM) for review.

NOTE -
1. MEC indicator is Yes only for May, June and July and No for remaining months.
2. There are some discrepancy in analysis report against this run. Need to correct those discrepancy for successful XML generation for IRS submission.

HI all - I think the history of changing the ACA Customization is something we need to think about tracking going forward. There have been quite a few clients that are showing with a conditional value selected and I haven't changed them so they are getting wrong forms.

Hi Jennifer Leugers,

Currently, there is no way to show history of changes to ACA Customization on UI.
However, we can identify it from backend.
For this company, the changes to show conditional value was done by user "jleugers" on "11/17/2016 01.12PM"

We have added this in our learning and if approved,we will take up development of this after ACA Execution.

We have imported corrected codes into the system for FRMC.
We have rerun the 1095-C report with Apply User Correction 'Yes'.
Please refer latest run '3/28/2018 6:18:55 AM' for verification.

Verified employees are as follows.
1.Joshua Clark – Newly added employee as per code correction sheet 'FRMC PART II all other JL'
2.Sarah Harris – Newly added employee as per code correction sheet 'FRMC PART II all other JL'
3.John McIntire – New Hire employee
4.Dawn Stark – New Hire employee

As of now, we have fixed UI freezing issue of Import Export screen  on production which occurs after clicking 'Bulk Import Correction' from  ACA 1095-C Corrections Screen.

Corresponding Patch will move to all environment as per regular patch processing.

Hi all - the IRS submission for FRMC rejected but I don't see why on the error report.  Please see attached.

We have verified ack file for FRMC and observed that this submission got rejected due duplicate file and duplicate UUID. As per this acknowledgement file, we analysed that previous original submission is done against receipt Id 1094C-18-00376848
Now again one more original submision is getting submitted for same employer which is currently updated in the system on IRS submission for FRMC IRS SUB screen.

This Ack file is stating that please check the status of previous submission with receipt ID 1094C-18-00376848 and then decide the further course of action.

It will be good if we get the status of submission for Receipt Id 1094C-18-00376848 then we can decide whether we need to do correction or replacement.
