We are totally confused what type of file you are going to provide, correction or employee load?
If you would like to load the employees into the system, then the concern dept i.e. EDI team will look into this
else we will work on correction.

Hi Jennifer Leugers,
Further to the analysis of scenario that we asked you in LHP-Bay County Jira(WT-12503) about 1K, we scanned all production companies which have condition of cost less than FPL cost,line 14 code is 1A and minimum cost plan is conditional offer.
This is one of the affected companies and we have re-run the report.
Please refer to the latest run for verification.
We have compared the run with previous run and only change in the report is the change from 1A to 1K.

Hi all - we need to get the attached file loaded; I cannot have our EDI team do it as I believe it is loaded to a back end table since the COBRA plans are not built out (nor tracked in the system). This is a load just for ACA purposes. Please assist.

Hi Jennifer Leugers,
We have analyzed the employee file given and found out that out of total 41 employees, 11 are already present in the system.
Out of those 11,1095C's for 9 employees have been generated in latest run.For 2 employees,PDF's were not generated as they are retired employees with no active elections for year 2017.
Please find the employee list in the attached excel sheet. EmployeeList_CityofSanMarcos.xls. Password is the standard convention.
For these 11 employees it would be referable if their correction codes are provided ,instead of making changes to existing employee data through ACA data load.
Please provide correction codes for these 11 employees.
We are in process of loading the remaining 30 employees data into HSPL copy of this company.After all verification,we will load the data into main company.
We will provide you the reports by Friday(02/09/2018).

- Employee Information: In this tab,Not present class1 as 'Retiree' for the Employee Class1.
- Benefit Plan: In this tab,This "Plan Design Dependent coverage" field is mandatory which is null currently.
- Offered Benefit: In this tab,Offers are ending on the same day when they are started means Employee Eligibility Offer Start Date =Employee Eligibility Offer end date.

There is not provided a data for the mandatory column-"Enrollment Member Type ID". So we are assuming value as Employee for the blanks. We need your confirmation for this. Yes, this is true, the blank relationships are EMPLOYEE’s. I have updated that in the attached workbook.
Mentioned employees accepted plans are not sync with dependent. Please let us know the correct plan. I have updated the spouse coverages to match the employee.

This is historical load which is not possible in couple of hours.
It would require minimum of 3 days to complete this. The responses provided need to be analyzed and verified on HSPL copy of this company.After all verification,load is done on Main company.

All this is crazy - I don't have three days. The client needs to get these out the door by the IRS deadlines which is fast approaching. All we did was clean up the data per your questions. This shouldn't take an additional three days to analyze.

We are done with ACA historical data load.
As communicated earlier,11 employees were already present in the system.So we have not imported those employees.We have import rest 30 employees and all provided data.
We have re-run the report. Please refer latest run for verification.
All 41 employees are present in the latest run. As most of the employees are retired employees with benefits in 2017,1G code is populated.
Please find this excel sheet for codes of all 41 employees. EmployeeLoad_Codes.xls
In-case you want to correct any codes, it can be done through import or manual correction as DEV cannot do any further changes to employee data.Please re-run the report after correction,if applicable.
Please find attached comparison report.Run 1 is the previous run and Run 2 is the latest.
