Hi all - could you advise why on the analysis some lines that are 2D on line 16 are showing a cost in the employee / employer columns but others are not? Example would be Andrea Arthur. The form is correct but just wondering why the file is wrong.

Hi all - this group conditionally offers coverage to the spouse based on if the spouse has coverage elsewhere. If they aren't eligible elsewhere, they are eligible for the plans through Fazoli. If they answer that they do have coverage elsewhere, then we show them the plan that shows "child only" under the dependents field. This is creating a 1C on the employees forms when they should be 1K for all. We will need this fixed for all employees. I've also removed the Part Time class so once the 1C is correct, please re-run the forms. This is the same on all of EINs for this group. I'll update each of the tickets. This needs to be done tonight if at all possible as the client has quite a few that need to be reviewed. They are also having the 2D issue on the analysis with the cost showing (for some months / employees).

Question: 2D issue on the analysis with the cost showing (for some months / employees).

Answer: When we process any employee's eligibility, he becomes eligible for offers from his effective date. E.g. If an employee is hired on 4/15 and he is effective from 4/15 then we process offers and cost from this date. Later we process 1H-2D codes based on 'New Hire/Rehire Rules' on the company. So we update 1H/2D codes for those months where New Hire /Rehire apply. Hence cost remains as it is. This does not show up on 1095-C report.

The report was creating 1C because,for Cobra ACA Plans,conditional offer was not selected.We have selected spouse Conditional offer of all ACA plans.Now all employees are getting 1K.

We re-run "1095C for Fazolis XDC" from Fazolis, Please refer latest run (Run Date 1/9/2018 3:35:53 AM) for verification

Hi all - our clients use the analysis in most cases to review the forms (not the actual forms). For Fazolis in all of their EINS, there is an issue with some of the records where it shows 2D and then shows an amount. This is not being transferred onto the forms but the clients are trying to check one by one to ensure it isn't which is taking a lot of time. Can this be fixed on the analysis?

If we can't get the analysis to show correctly, please confirm we are 100% certain that no forms with a 2D will show an amount on Line 15.

As I confirmed with team, It is ensured that line 15 cost will not be shown in case of 1H/2D codes on pdf files. But it shows in our analysis report. We will take this request to fix it for next year development.

Should I do this manually in backend to correct the analysis report for the time being for this company?

Hi all - please change all of the Analysis files for each of the three Fazoli EINS and let me know where I can retrieve them to send to the client. Thanks!

Hi Jennifer Leugers,

As per your request, we have done the changes in backend for the FAZOLIS company to reflect the line 15 cost as zero value in analysis report in case of 1H/2D code. Now you can easily retrieve the analysis report on UI by clicking on "Show Runs" button and refer analysis column from ACA Report Finalization popup window.
